The Creative team within the Strategy & Innovation office aims to build new and successful brands that resonate with consumers. The team cultivates collaborations from a multidisciplinary team of strategists, analysts, creative technologists, copywriters, and art directors to create content, communications, and experiences across: Vinamilk corporate brands, sub-brands, subsidiary brands and across platforms: posts, packaging, e-commerce, retail.
We are seeking a Creative/Advertising Designer to help convey us convey the brand goodness & vision through communication design (think advertising campaign, experience design, e commerce, new product development,...) You will work in harmony with Creative Director, Illustrator & partners from Marketing. This role will report to Head of Creative Art in Strategy & Innovation Office.

• Master brand gatekeeper.
• Communication design: tell stories (not in a boring, cliche way) to make people feel relevant to our brand/product.
• New product/experience development: always ready to try & fail, keep sharpening your design until it's good enough to enter the market.
• Support VNM digital ecosystem: app, website, social.
Raise the bar
• Do thing that matter, do it right. Not just doing it because the book said so.
• VN market start to copy your work.
• People can tell that's Vinamilk's work without any logo.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in design tool: Adobe Suite.
• Excellent in design skill & knowledge: layout, typography, color theory, design thinking.
• Basic motion skill is a plus.
• Branding design fundamental: understand brand guideline & how to execute it.
• Storytelling through visual: understand the brand's world & translate it into design/media asset.
• Communication design: excellent understanding on how communication work & applied it into advertising campaign.
• Concept development.
• Advertising work: storyboard development, production brief.
• Illustration skill: understand the brand's world & translate it into design/illustration.
