• Conducting credit risk assessment of traditional SMEs and Startups in Singapore using qualitative and quantitative criteria in order to assess the extension of unsecured and structured loan facilities
• Monitor the capacity and SLA of Aspire’s Singapore Credit Underwriting team
• Mentor and train peers across the region
• Participate in working with the team to developing, improving and monitoring our proprietary credit model, a core component of our business
• Perform other ad-hoc based tasks related to credit analysis function

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 3-5 years of related experience in a bank or Fintech with a focus on the credit risk analysis of startups and SMEs
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Fast learner, passionate for the fintech industry with ability to handle ambiguity
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
