OBJECTIVES
- Giving a broader understanding of industry with industry insights, market segmentation, competitive landscape, market sizing, risk mitigation.
- Determine a brand/ company’s position in the marketplace by researching their competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods. Using this information to determine potential markets, product demand, and pricing.
- Conduct consumer insight research and gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits using a variety of methods.
- Collect data on market conditions, competitors and consumers. Analyze collected data, convert findings and data into tables, written reports and graphs.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Implementing a rotation program within the first 2 years to assume positions in different functions within the CMI domain, across companies in the ecosystem including OMD, OMC, and OMRE.
2. Participating in intensive training programs for the role
3. Playing a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization's CMI strategy involves:
- Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls
- Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
- Analyze data
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports and present results
Yêu cầu công việc
1 . Degree/Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree, preference in Psychology / Statistics / Economics / Business
2. Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a market researcher at agency/ data analytics firm or consumer insight team in the client-side
- Experience conducting customer / market research / desk research on in the local Vietnamese market and/or practically utilizing customer insights in day-to-day work (e.g. product management, marketing strategy)
- Have knowledge on different research methodologies.
- An analytical mind. Comfortable working with data
