• Sales admin to support sales admin job assigned by Business Development Manager.
• Customer service jobs: in charge all customer service job for specific account such as provide report as customer and dept head request, handling customer's feedback, problem solving, update system to create invoice and job cost, …
• Contract management: Customer and vendor contracts, by prepare the contract terms and conditions, work closely with legal team to give feedback on contract terms includes new contract and extension contract.
• SOP / KPI management: understand SOP/KPI items to supervise warehouse staff, warehouse operation to follow up to control performance of warehouse operation as SOP, operation improvement.
• Monthly meeting with customer: report warehouse operation issues, receive customer feedback to improve services.
• Other tasks assigned by Department head.
• Report to Department Head directly
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Graduated from College, University with major in economic, logistics, supply chain.
2. At least 02 years’ experience same position at a Warehousing service provider.
3. Good at using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
4. Good in reading, writing in English to communicate, read and prepare SOPs, KPIs and reports in English.
5. Have customer service skills, problem solving skills
