• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and improve digital product performance.

• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including product, UX, and risk management, to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Process Automation: Design and implement automated tools for reporting and data processing to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Data Infrastructure: Maintain and improve data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability for ongoing analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, particularly in Digital Platform and/or Risk Management.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

• Experience with deep-dived data analysis, and developing data-driven strategies is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills
