- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Operations, Marketing, and Sales to understand business processes and explore knowledge in Data Ocean.
- Assess and organize KPIs into driver tree, manage BI reports. Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations.
- Perform analyses, give recommendations based on the requirements of leaders.
- Be ready to “trial-error” the new analyzing methodology.

Job Requirements
* Required degree/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Information System, Information Technology, etc.
- Working experience of at least 3 years in Business Intelligence/Analyst/ ERP consultant.
* Required qualities/abilities:
- Proficiency with SQL, programming, and business processes.
- Knowing data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Skills in solving problems.
- Result Oriented: focuses on outcome rather than the process used to produce a product or deliver a service.
- Customer service: Timely attention to issues raised by customers is critical.
* Other conditions
Experience with data analysis methodology, Business processes in ERP systems is a plus.
