KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Architecture & Integration

• Design and implement the Data Warehouse architecture (staging, core, mart layers)

1. • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines

• Develop Fact-Dimension models to support business analytics and operations

• Ensure data consistency, quality, and performance across all systems.

Data Modeling & Standardization:

• Define KPI logic, business metrics, and naming conventions for each department

• Establish a unified data dictionary and documentation to support future BI and analytics use.

• Optimize query performance and cost efficiency on AWS/GCP data platforms

Collaboration & Delivery:

3. • Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable data models.

• Coordinate with the analyst team to ensure datasets are report-ready.

Maintenance & Stabilization:

4. • Troubleshoot data issues and improve transformation logic

• Support internal adoption and ensure the system runs smoothly

YÊU CẦU

Trình độ học vấn

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.

Kinh nghiệm

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data engineer, business intelligence engineer or analytics engineer.

• Experience in financial services, retail banking services, or fintech is strongly preferred.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and data modeling.

• Hands-on with ETL tools & cloud platforms (AWS Glue, Oracle)

• Experience with Grafana is a plus.
