Mô Tả Công Việc
- Working on implement allocation list of contracts to staff so they can perform collection task as required
- Working on implement allocation target for collection departments, units, staff as required
- Building and managing productivity, performance reports and related information of collection staff
- Calculating collection bonus for staff, team leader, and other positions according to the approved policy
- Performing tasks related to collection indicators of BICCs’ Projects
- Providing result of KPI Master related to collection indicators as HR Management Division requests
- Manage and update changes in documentation and relevant reports related to collection indicators in the reporting system
- Implement reports as requests from Collection Center’s departments by following new management and changes process.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in query data and database management in Finance/ Risk/ Collection/ Operations projects, preferably working in Financial Services
- Knowledge of building standard reports
- Good in SQL, Oracle, IBM Netezza, SAS Viya
- Good verbal & written communication skills
