Job Description
1. Design/review database structure (MySQL, Elasticsearch, NoSQL), and develop/review queries in software projects with the development team.
2. Manage/Deploy/Backup/Rollback databases.
Optimize database performance from queries, database structures, database configuration to architecture.
3. Make data reports for BUs, check data. Automate periodic reports.
4. Manage/optimize DWH including data integration, data analysis, DWH architecture and data mining.
5. Produce updated database documents about architecture, configuration, structure, queries, reports, best practice for fast troubleshooting, training, and reference.

Job Requirements
At least 4 years’ experience in:
o Database design (structure, configuration, architecture) with MySQL/Elasticsearch/Mongodb and more.
o Data report with SQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Excel, Python and more.
o Data warehouse (ETL/data pipeline, configuration, architecture) with MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Python, Spark and more.
o Database deployment, rollback zero downtime, backup & restore, data migration.
Plus are:
o Data mining/machine learning/deep learning.
o Experience in monitor, log, a backup system like Nagios/Grafana, Fluentd/Logstash, Beat, Bacula
- Proven skills in database design, data reporting, data warehouse/data lake/data pipeline/ETL, data analysis, database deployment, and backup/restore on medium/large online systems.
- Familiar with MySQL, Elasticsearch, Mongodb, MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSAS, Python, Spark.
- Good ability to do research, proof of concept, and champion new technology to current systems.
