Senior Development Merchandiser (Girls , Boys and Mens , Ladies Footwear)

Responsibility

• Handle development process include sourcing, sample tracking/co-ordination and costing

• To work with factories assure sample on time delivery

• Work closely with the Development and Technical team to ensure the delivery of development sample orders which are commercially acceptable to Next standard

• Work with overseas clients and factories independently.

• Update order progress to merchandise manager weekly

Professional / Qualification

• Around 10 years merchandising experience in footwear field

• Familiar with UK footwear market are advantageous

• Knowledge & experience in Footwear is a must

• Knowledge footwear process , development planning and concepts on shoes make up

• Good command of written and spoken, good computer knowledge

• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, decisive working style and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Capable of problem solving

• Immediately available is preferred
