Advertising Campaign (30%):
• Conduct market research to develop effective advertising campaigns.
• Analyze competitor advertising and execute strategies across various channels.
• Monitor campaign metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Social Media Development (30%):
• Research hot topics/trends and create engaging social media content.
• Analyze social media metrics and monitor competitors' activities.
• Generate ideas to stay ahead.
Email Marketing (10%):
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Use email marketing best practices for high deliverability and engagement rates.
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Marketing certification is a plus.
2. Average to Good Communication (English & Vietnamese)
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & B2B Marketing
4. Having working experience in Logistics and Transportation company is a plus.
Knowledge:
1. Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing: including social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Google Ads advertising best practices, targeting options, and ad formats.
3. Familiar with using Digital Marketing tools and reports: SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, Social media monitoring, SEO Tools,…Have good analytical skills and can deal with both numbers and words analysis
Skills:
1. Creativity: think & develop creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
2. Understanding B2B target audience: trading and international business Vietnam/China.
3. Team player: adaptable, flexible and supportive
