Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things in marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue as well as intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Your responsibilities include: - Execute optimized online advertising campaigns via Google Ads (Advanced), Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads etc., to generate leads and acquire customers. - Manage in-app marketing initiatives, including launching app-performance advertising campaigns: GG Universal, Apple Search Ads,... - Plan and monitor the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok and others. - Propose creative concepts and collaborate with the content team to bolster engagement on the company's fan pages. - Work in tandem with designers to enhance user experience (UX) and improve conversion rates. - Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using an assortment of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends. - Gain insights into the latest online marketing trends and continually update marketing strategies to remain current. - Sustain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to support marketing objectives.

- BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field. At least 5 years as an expert in Google Ads, App Performance Ads for lead generation, highly experienced in performance tracking. - Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is an advantage. - Being good at handling a heavy digital marketing budget to maximize lead generation performance is a big plus. - Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) - Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WebTrends, etc.) - Skills and experience in creative content writing - Analytical mindset and critical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
