Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo OA, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO strategy, keyword planning, and website performance optimization.
• Coordinate email marketing and remarketing workflows for lead nurturing.
• Analyze digital performance (CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable reports.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand standards.
• Develop marketing content and oversee the advertising budget.
• Stay updated on digital trends and tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Other tasks from Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Good communication in English
