I. Position: Customs Brokerage Documentation

II. Department: Operations

III. Responsibility:

• Handling inbound-outbound shipments with requirements from customers.

• Assigning & following up daily operational activities with team members.

• Guiding the team with legitimate & smart action for achieving outstanding services of customs clearance, trucking & related services.

• Manage team’s cost control.

• Problem solving and report to Director/Manager.

• Checking and offer the quotation to customers.

• Negotiating with vendors to have the competitive prices.

• Monitoring and updating to team the updated and new regulations, policies on customs procedure, HS code, import duty and taxes.

• Consulting customers on import-export/logistics regulation.

• Other tasks assigned by Director/Manager.

• At least 3-5 years experienced in same position.

• Intermediate English skills and above

• Knowledge on regulation about import-export/logistics

• Able to work well in teams and work under high pressure

• Good at communication and negotiation skills
