Key Responsibilities:
• Support the E-Commerce team on the end-to-end lifecycle of website release initiatives, including but not limited to identifying bugs and new feature requests, raising and managing tickets with the external web development agency, collaborating with developers to refine and finalise requirements, testing and validating the implementation, and documenting and communicating release notes.
• Oversee and maintain the functionality of e-commerce-related platforms, including but not limited to data privacy, website accessibility, and digital risk protection platforms.
• Monitor and report on website accessibility compliance and proactively work with internal teams and external agencies to resolve any website accessibility issues.
• Manage and implement website analytics through Google Tag Manager and ensure proper event tracking and data integrity.
• Support the accuracy of Google Analytics configurations and work with the broader team to derive insights from web analytics.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to implement SEO best practices.
• Support and resolve customer inquiries that are reported to the E-Commerce team by the eLodge Team (customer service team at Rodd & Gunn).
• Support and troubleshoot general inquiries from the E-Commerce team and other internal stakeholders as they arise.
• Support other E-Commerce projects as they arise and are requested by the business.

To Succeed You Need:
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in E-Commerce, digital operations, or a related technical support role.
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of website accessibility and technical SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience in a technology stack that includes a CMS (Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred), Jira, CDP or marketing automation system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
• Great attention to detail and organisational and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technology astute with an interest in all things digital.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
