Purpose of Role

Ensure stable, safe, and efficient operation of all electrical systems, controls, and supporting equipment at Pandora’s manufacturing facility. Manage maintenance activities, supervise technical teams, analyze root causes of failures, and propose improvements to enhance reliability, energy efficiency, and compliance with Pandora’s safety and environmental standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Electrical Systems Operation & Maintenance

- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for:

• Medium/Low Voltage power distribution systems: MV switchboards & transformers, LV switchboards (MSBs), distribution boards (DBs).

• Backup power & UPS systems: UPS units (battery internal resistance/DCV tests, capacitor checks), generator sets.

• Lighting systems, power outlets, and control loads.

• Earthing and lightning protection systems.

• Electrical supply for mechanical and production systems (Burn-Out, Wax Injection, Casting, Plating lines, HVAC, pumps).

- Monitor power quality and respond to issues such as voltage drops, phase loss, and overloads.

- Ensure equipment is always in safe operating condition.

2. CMMS & Asset Data Management

- Maintain accurate asset information in CMMS (Akila) including model, serial, brand, capacity, and location.

- Create, monitor, and close work orders; track PPM completion.

- Prepare periodic reports on electrical systems status, KPIs, and improvement proposals.

3. Technical Improvement & Energy Optimization

- Measure and analyze facility electrical consumption.

- Recommend optimization solutions for lighting, switchboards, and UPS to improve energy efficiency.

- Support improvement projects aligned with LEED Gold certification and carbon neutrality targets.

4. Safety, Compliance & Environmental Standards

- Ensure electrical work complies with Vietnamese regulations (TCVN, EVN) and Client’s standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

- Apply Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance.

- Support Safety team in fire drills, electrical incident response, and safety audits.

5. Contractor & Staff Management

- Supervise electrical maintenance contractors to ensure scope and quality compliance.

- Evaluate team competency and performance.

- Provide technical training to staff on electrical safety, measuring instruments, and maintenance procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Electrical / Electrical-Electronics.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance for industrial facilities, with at least 2 years in

a supervisory/lead role.

- Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, grounding, lightning protection, and generators.

- Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and relevant P&IDs.

- Proficient in CMMS, AutoCAD Electrical, and MS Office.

- Good communication in Vietnamese & English.

- Electrical engineer practicing license in Vietnam preferred
