Senior Electronic Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronic Design Engineer at Right Weigh, Inc.

* Product Development

• Design embedded firmware based on product requirements

• Design and implement GUI and keypad/display type user interfaces

• Understand electrical schematics for existing products to fix issues and/or to add new firmware functions to existing designs

• Help define and execute tests to validate product features

• Participate in research and development discussions

* Maintenance

• Update firmware

• Provide solutions and feedback for customer reported issues as well as new feature requests

• Provide input for product documentation

* Testing & Quality Control

• Bug testing & quality control

• Help debug and improve firmware functions used for manufacturing

• Technical Support and Customer Service

• Maintain competitive knowledge of Right Weigh products and their functions

• Problem-solve customer technical service issues and coach staff in problem-solving techniques as needed

* Cross-Team Interaction

• Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Customer Success, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Debugging skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills in English

• At least 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design and PCB design, Graphical User Interface design and embedded firmware.

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering, or related field
