Senior ERP Functional Consultant (Finance & Accounting)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong specialization in Finance & Accounting business modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC), and a readiness to explore and adapt to other ERP platforms like Odoo, Kingdee, etc. across DSA internally and client organization as needed. This role will be critical in helping our clients streamline financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure compliance with best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in ERP projects and closely work with project team to ensure project deliverables.

• Implement and support ERP Finance & Accounting modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Costing, Taxation, Reporting)

• Conduct business analysis, gather client requirements, and propose suitable ERP solutions.

• Configure D365 BC, Odoo and other systems based on business needs for deliverables

• Provide training and documentation for end users and internal teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and data migration.

• Stay updated with the latest ERP features and industry trends, and be open to learning new systems as needed.

* QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-7 years of ERP consulting experience, focusing on Finance & Accounting; Manufacturing is a big plus.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Strong understanding of financial & accounting processes and reporting standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new ERP systems and modules.

• Proficient in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

• Certifications

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-600, etc.) or equivalent certifications in other ERP platforms are desirable.

- Knowledge of localization requirements (VAS, IFRS, financial management reporting).
