Mô Tả Công Việc
• Process Treasury & Remittance; Handle payment and settlement supports for bank wide (domestic and overseas money receipts and payments flow via the payment gateways of HLBVN such as GPS/CITAD/VCB Money/SWIFT)
• Act in compliance with all internal and SBV regulations at all time.
• Working closely with related departments to ensure smooth processing and preparation of EOD reconciliation & other required internal/SBV reports.
• Attend to customers’ queries and complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives on time.
• Periodic update and review of processes documented in the SOPs of BOSM.
• Participate in project enhancement and system set-up of BOSM.
• Propose initiatives to improve and develop the operational processes/procedures.
• Corporate with team members in performing operational assurance review of BOSM including internal/external audit as well as follow up its findings, Risk Control Self-Assessment and regulatory reporting in collaboration with Compliance.
• Other operational support and multitasking fulfillment tasks across BOSM to all customer groups (Retails/Wholesales) when assigned by Line Manager/ Head of Operations.
• Any other assignment tasks by Line Manager/ Head of Operations.
*** Managerial (team/group responsibilities): Assist the Manager in charge of BOSM to ensure teamwork and a high level of operational support’s performance.
*** Organizational (organizational responsibilities): Coordinate with other related departments for outstanding operational support to bank wide.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in financial institution.
Special Skills:
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
