Senior Executive - Business Development

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Identify and develop strategic business relationship with prospective customers, while maintaining

existing customer relationships to seek new business opportunities and meet the company’s sales

target.

1. Focus on new customers (local and overseas) / new market development to generate sales

lead and support business growth.

2. Focus on customer’s seasonal development and ensure Prym products are used in their new

and existing ranges

3. Continuously interact with the customer, gather information on trends, market etc. and

update as and when required.

4. Handle sample inquiry and follow up until it translated to bulk order.

5. Execute PIG strategic marketing plan.

6. Support in developing promotional material through presentation of material / product

catalogues.

7. Work out costings as when required and share the final price to customer or to the relevant

merchant.

8. Work closely with the sourcing team and ensure raw materials are in-house for smooth

production.

▪ Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or related disciplines.

▪ 4 - 5 years of experience in similar capacity in garment industry.

▪ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge on production process.

▪ Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales
