The job holder is responsible for
- Analyzing the BCB segment performance to support strategic planning for BCB business franchise, managing BCB performance including risks thereof, through analytics.
- The development, improvement and execution of non-trade related products, policies and relevant SOPs and ensure the compliance governance is in place and well monitored
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional (job responsibilities):
1. Be responsible for data management for the corporate banking department, tracking in accordance with business planning.
2. Works closely with managers and executives to evaluate current methods and assists in developing strategies to implement changes and improvements related to production and capacity management.
3. Responsible for monitoring and reporting process performance metrics for assigned processes. Identify opportunities to streamline current reporting processes and business support workflow, propose solutions and support reengineering execution.
4. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting, including compliance related, regulatory driven and internal reports related to Commercial Banking from local and regional parties.
5. Prepare necessary data and management reports for relevant stakeholders, including monthly CEO report, monthly meeting materials for Department and Team Heads.
6. Assists in the development of solutions designed to optimize performance through gap analysis action planning.
7. Ensures full integration of governance routines required by policy through analysis and execution of effective reporting. Works directly with key partners to understand existing procedure and ensure adherence by responsible employees. Ensures full integration through effective reporting and scorecard metrics to determine adoption and compliance.
8. Manages a portfolio of audit issues and control enhancements affecting the organization based on identification via internal (self), Risk, Compliance or Audit channels.
9. Other duties as assigned by line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education/Qualification
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any commerce related field;
Experience
At least 3-year of experience in business planning, finance or business control for Corporate or Commercial banking.
Special Skills
• Proactively initiate changes and improvements for higher productivity/performance;
• Efficient multi-tasker, with high attention to detail and self-motivated starter
• Good team player that is adaptable and solid communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with Excel VBA is a big plus
• Good command in spoken and written English.
