Senior Executive – Communications (6Months contract)

• Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets & timelines • Develops content and images for Press Releases, websites, electronic newsletters and various media platforms. • Work with agencies or media houses to develop the angle & content for editorial, advertorial and advertisement. • Liaising with press contacts to generate coverage. Ensure the company’s vision and direction are well-presented to business and media partners. • Organizing promotional events such as press tours and conferences. • Work with event agency to develop event concept and control event activities. • Working with the social media team to create a content calendar. • Analyzing all media coverage of the organization. • Follow up to ensure that the marketing & communication activities are compliant with allocated MKT budget. • Manage cross-marketing activities to execute brand awareness & benefits. • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in communication, journalism, business administration or relevant discipline. Experience working at an international real estate developer is preferred. • High level written and spoken English. • Minimum of 3-year experience in PR & Communications • Negotiation & presentation skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Multi-task & well-time management • Work under high pressure • Strong advertorial writing skills
