Senior Executive, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) - Based in Haiphong/Hanoi

• Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE) regulations at construction sites and plants.

• Supervise the implementation of risk control measures on-site, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate incidents and occupational accidents, providing detailed reports and corrective actions.

• Inspect and assess the safety conditions of equipment, machinery, and work areas before granting work permits.

• Manage HSSE-related documentation, including permits-to-work, statutory and Sembcorp required compliance certificates, and periodic reports.

• Participate and support for any emergency response planning, fire drills, and other emergency scenarios.

• Propose safety improvement programs to enhance awareness and safety culture across the projects.

• Inspect and monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Owner’s HSE requirements and legal regulations.

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc site inspections, providing recommendations for improvement when violations are detected.

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Engineering, or Construction.

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial or construction HSSE.

• Strong understanding of legal regulations on occupational safety, environment, and health.

• Good communication, training, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing detailed reports.

• Safety training Group 2 certifications.

• Additional certifications such as lifting operations, scaffolding, WAH etc.

• Willingness to travel for work.
