Senior Executive, Key Account Management (Ecommerce)

1. E-store operation, promotions and transactions
• Monitor DKSH KPI on e-market place
• Maintain & update master data (products, pricing, promotion, etc.)
• Data analysis/ Dashboard/ Reporting on EC performance and process enhancement
• Lead activities of merchandising, consumer engagement, loyalty program, monthly promotion plan & execution
• Assist with media plans and provide advice where required.
• Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including Commercial (sales, promotions, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, etc.) and operation (stock availability, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service etc.)
• Other assignments on order processing matters and general operation.
2. Drive business growth
• Ensure sales target achievement.
• Lead the process of developing business plans and marketing and operational plans.
• Robust in research and analysis of new online opportunities
• Research, explore & deploy new sale channels.
3. P&L Management
• Liaise with Operations Finance to collect and reconcile all expenses & supporting documents on time.
• Controlling A&P expenses
4. Coordinate internal DKSH across departments and BUs of effective implementation
• Support and keep service operation smooth.
• Communicate / interact with the online business plan to all operational departments and business units.
• Monitor and evaluate the outcome of implementation.
• Ensure e-retailer and marketplace strategies are integrated with offline and online.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Excellence understanding of E-Commerce market
• Well familiar with e-platform operation, tools & solutions
• Proficient Microsoft office
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing
• Preferably 3-4 Year work experience in E-Commerce industry
• Experience working in eCommerce platform or enablers is a plus
