1- Behavioral attitude:
- Strictly comply with the Bank's regulations, rules, procedures, instructions, etc.

- Service quality commitment (SLAs) assigned.
2. Perform assigned cost management tasks
- Receive and synthesize cost proposals from the unit;
- Monitor and manage expenses; review the submission; coordinate with financial accounting and relatedparties to ensure the implementation of cost management in accordance with the assigned budget; reasonably consistent with the bank's strategy; before submitting to the top management for approval;
- Participate in the development and allocation of budget plans for the block; unit; Department;
- Monitor and supervise the actual use of expenses compared to the budget of the units;
- Make reports on operating expenses; analysis of major fluctuations arising; inefficient expenses; proposeinnovative solutions to optimize costs;
- Work closely with accounting and related departments to understand and ensure accurate and completeexpense recognition;
- Perform other tasks as directed by direct management
3. Perform other related tasks at the request of the functional director.

- Having more than 10 years of experience in the field of human resource planning and cost management
- Ability to orient, develop HR và cost plans from the strategic direction of the organization và HR strategy ineach period
- Ability to think logically facts and numbers to serve review và control
- Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management
- TOEIC from 650 or higher or equivalent certificate
