Responsibilities

Senior Finance and Accounting Officer is responsible for implementing job relating to company finance and accounting to ensure exact and timely data on system/ reports.

• Handling accounting process by company system;

• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status

• Preparing cash flow projections based on revenue and expense forecast;

• Monitoring cost and propose measures for efficient management of business activities;

• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable

• Assisting with annual audit preparations;

• Investigating and resolving account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance;

• Performing other accounting duties and supporting colleagues as required or assigned.

• Producing error-free accounting & Finance reports and present their results & other report according to the Board of Directors’ requests

• Other tasks requested by Board of Directors

• GOOD COMMAND IN ENGLISH is the MUST

• Experienced in MANUFACTURING

• At least7 years at as accounting manager or the same position

• BA degree in Finance, Accounting or relating major

• Expert of excel and data analysis

• Careful and responsible person

• Playing proactively and professional in the field of his / her responsibility

• Accuracy, result-oriented, multi-tasking ability.

• Adaptability & good pressure resistance

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Good skill in communication, negotiation, teamwork

• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in fast pace international environment

• Comfortable in working in an international matrix environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft office
