Mô Tả Công Việc
- Commercial Finance Partner with Commercial and Merchandise teams to assist and/or provide constructive data-based feedback for better decision making and processes’ governance. This will include (but not limited) to these areas:
+ Pricing, Gross-to-Net, Categories/ Brands/ SKUs profitability, Gross Margin analysis
+ Supplier trading term analysis & negotiation
+ Process of promotion planning, execution and claim-back practice
+ Promotion investment analysis
+ Sales & operation planning process
+ Space productivity analysis & improvements
- Operations and Supply Chain Finance partnering partner with other business functions e.g. Site ion, Operations, and Supply Chain team in below (but not limited) areas
+ New store feasibility study analysis for ion purpose
+ Store performance analysis
+ Supply chain analysis (sourcing, storing and transportation)
+ Working capital management
+ Inventory & SKU management
- Participate and contribute in Budget/ Latest Forecast process
- Join Finance leadership team, drive step changes in automation, capabilities building (both partnering and controlling).
- Other assignment tasks given by CFO

Requirement
1. Experience & other requirements
- Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area
- Big 4 audit background preferable
- Working experience in Retail is preferable
- ACCA, CPA license is preferable
2. Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to structure and build consistent data, provide insightful analysis for better business decisions
- English proficiency in both writing and speaking
