Senior Finance Manager - Manufacturing Industry

Explore an exciting opportunity as a Senior Finance Manager within a FDI manufacturing, located close to HCMC. This newly created role empowers you to oversee all financial management aspects of company operations, including initiating processes from the ground up and providing leadership in internal control, business planning, accounting, and budgeting.

Description

Internal Finance & Accounting Controlling:

* Oversee and ensure compliance with monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.

* Ensures the timely submission of financial projects, adhering to legal requirements and guidelines, while consistently achieving a high level of project completion.

* Establish a compliant legal commercial framework within the company and coordinate with consultants/relevant government authorities.

* Conduct in-depth analyses tailored to each country and BU, providing the Country Head and the BOD with tools to minimize financial risks and losses.

Budgeting/Forecasting:

* Lead the planning and presentation of the annual budgeting and forecasting process weekly.

* Balance big-picture business goals and long-term forecasting with day-to-day oversight of cash flow, revenue, and expenditures in order to make well-informed decisions.

Profile

* Degree / Master Holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline, possess professional accounting qualifications: CPA or equivalent will be an advantage.

* Minimum 8 years working experience in finance and commerce, in which at least 5 years at senior management level; Exposure to manufacturing industry is a must.

* Familiar with Vietnam accounting standards and taxation regulations.

* Proficient in English and strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills.

* Good insight, analytically, attentive to details, take own initiative, a team player and effective team leader, able to function independently and under pressure.

* Familiar with ERP System (Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus)
