- Take other direct instructions from Head of department.
- Maintain the client network and seeking new clients for Department.
- Analyze legal issues pertaining to the property market and Savills’s report.
- Liaise with clients to reply to all queries relating to the properties valued or obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuation.
- Produce presentations and prepare office newsletters and press releases when required
- Contribute to the management and administration of the Division through the collective development of information and valuation services policies, programs and procedures.
- Provide independent professional advice to the company’s clients on real estate matters including asset management, sales, leasing and marketing.
- Perform in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
- Maintain a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required
- Monitor and auction valuation management platforms in conjunction with admin support
- Build and maintain client relationships in the mortgage business line
- Provide timely responses to client quote requests
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with the Director
- Maintain an understand of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

- Communication skills: strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
- PC skills: the ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
- Experience: at least 3-year experience in related position.
- Language: fluent spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Key characteristics:
