Senior Front End Developer (React)

Job Summary

ArctX Solution LLC is a global IT solution provider seeking a Senior Front-End Developer (React) to join our team in the Hanoi office.

The Senior Front-End Developer (React) is responsible for building complex web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and stability. This role involves guiding team members, reviewing code quality, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with back-end developers and stakeholders. The Senior Front-End Developer (React) also identifies and addresses technological risks, ensuring alignment with company standards and staying current with emerging technologies.

- Develop complex and highly difficult software systems and applications

- Build web applications with web development best practices

- Ensure performance, scalability, and stability when developing software

- Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases

- Provide skills and experience to developers on the team

- Review the code produced within the team, ensuring it complies with standards and best practices

- Introduce and guide the company's various technical standards and policies to ensure compliance, especially when collaborating with outsourced personnel

- Manage multiple projects within the team, ensuring delivery and quality according to priority

- Proactively identify and resolve technological risks and opportunities

- Diagnose and resolve various problems in the system when issues occur

- Improve convenience functions, performance, and maintain the quality of the systems

- Acquire the latest information on new technologies and industry trends related to the system in charge

- Provide various reports and documentation according to the company's work standardization

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, Redux Angular, and Vue

- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, and Typescript to develop modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites

- Knowledge in using code hosting platforms(version management) such as GitHubs, Bitbucket

- 7+ years of software development experience

- Mid-level of English proficiency required

- Knowledge of the MS Office, Jira, and Slack is a plus

- Thorough knowledge of using application development process, including conceiving, planning, documenting, and leading large application projects

- Ability to write clean, proper coding

- Ability to collaborate with team and stakeholders to derive options and solutions to various problems

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple tasks to achieve objectives

- Expertise in the investigation and resolution of production issues

- Ability to stay proactive, updated, and adapt with the latest technological advances, innovations, and changes
