Senior Full Stack Developer

What You’ll Do

1. Build & scale: Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, Vue.js, and jQuery.

2. Architect & optimize: Design, build, and fine-tune backend services and APIs with Node.js, Go, and PHP.

3. Lead with impact: Guide a team of 5+ developers, driving technical decisions and ensuring code quality through reviews and mentoring.

4. Innovate at scale: Shape system architecture and design patterns for large-scale, high-performance products.

5. Solve real problems: Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex client needs into reliable, scalable solutions.

6. Own the craft: Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve performance, security, and usability.

What We’re Looking For

1. 6+ years of fullstack development experience, including 2+ years leading a team (5+ members).

2. Frontend mastery: Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue.js, and jQuery.

3. Backend expertise: Strong in Node.js, Go, PHP; experienced with design patterns and scalable system architecture.

4. Cloud & infrastructure: Familiar with AWS, GCP, Azure; strong understanding of CDN services like Cloudflare, CloudFront, Akamai.

5. Database versatility: Skilled in SQL and NoSQL systems.

6. Soft skills that shine: Fluent English communication, sharp problem-solving, and a detail-oriented mindset.

7. Bonus points: Understanding of networking, OS internals, and system fine-tuning.
