Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic Marketing team at Finest Future Vietnam. This role is integral to our mission of communicating our brand’s vision and message across various digital and offline platforms. As a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will have the opportunity to design a wide variety of materials that support our global initiatives and contribute to our goal of empowering students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Communication Design:

- Create visual designs for various endpoints including executive-level PowerPoint presentations, digital communications (e.g., newsletters, TV newsletters), and special projects that directly align with our studios.

- Support the creation and execution of both internal and external communications.

- Ensure all designs align with Finest Future’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.

- Rapidly iterate on multiple design concepts and create visually compelling materials that meet the needs of stakeholders.

- Effectively juggle multiple projects and enjoy working to deadlines.

- Edit and revise content as necessary.

- Design and print internal publications.

Video Editing:

- Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing teams to produce videos promoting Sparx* and Virtuos both internally and externally.

- Create and edit video content to support employer branding and position Finest Future Vietnam as a great workplace.

- Work closely on the development of employer brand materials that communicate the unique values and culture of Finest Future.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards.

- Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software, ensuring final graphics, layouts, and videos are visually appealing and on-brand.

Optimization & Best Practices:

- Provide expert advice on best practices and optimizations for design and video projects.

- Critically and creatively assess how to utilize design and various communication platforms (e.g., website, social media, video) to effectively reach Finest Future’s target audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with strong skills in Adobe design tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, and After Effects.

- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and motion design.

- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and project management skills.

- Experience in animation is a plus.

- Teamwork spirit, friendly, and energetic.

- 2-3 years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house design role is preferable.

- Knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print is preferred.
