WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a "Builder" and a "Strategist" who possesses:

- Proven Leadership: 5–8 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Executive role (Experience in Education, Training, or Service-centric industries is highly preferred).

- P&L Mastery: A strong track record of managing profit and loss, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial health.

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A "high-ownership" mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and drive results independently.

- Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven Results: A verifiable track record of starting, scaling, or successfully managing a business unit for at least 2 years.
