Mô Tả Công Việc

1/ Reporting and Analytics
Acquire, manage and analyze data from multiple sources (Internal HR, IT and key stakeholders etc.) and propose and create various types and templates for reports and dashboards; perform validation and database/ storage of data in a structured an organized manner
Provide HR analytics from collected data by identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns from various points of views using statistical techniques and other relevant tools including recommendations
Produce data visualizations and use data visualization techniques and tools for both internal and cross-countries reports
Consult with related stakeholders to understand challenges and needs and provide HR Reporting and Analytics to produce insightful metrics and support to key stakeholder (e.g. HRBP, TA, Sourcing, Sales Network, Collections,…) teams

2/ Staffing Quality Assurance
Locate and define process improvement opportunities with root cause analysis (recruitment related processes, HRBP related processes and other HR projects if required) for continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectivity of the processes
Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports related to Mass hiring, training, company headcount, attrition rate,… to provide an overview and insights of HR activities as well as anticipate future data needs

3/ Others
Work collaboratively with TA Specialist and HRBP teams to understand their HR Reporting needs and handle collective reports/ dashboard
Other tasks as assigned from time to time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education and experience:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management or a related field, and 3 years of experience in processes, data analysis and reporting.
Experiences in project management is a plus

Prioritization and time management skills
Strong in reporting and data visualization with strong presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with HR information systems, reporting modules and large databases
