Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be in charge all HR activities: timesheet, payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, labor contract, termination, etc.
- Controlling and directly involve in other HR activities such as recruiting, training, C&B, employee relations.
- Implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
- Manages the development of systems and procedures and management approach to develop a positive employee environment within the organization.
- Monitoring/Updating employee information/data and orginazation chart of the company.
- Ensure the relevant policies and procedures of the Company are up to date in line with current labor law.
- Deal with disciplinary and HR issues.
- Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives - coordinating employee get-togethers, assistance for various events.
- Plan and organize various fun at work initiatives for employees in respective locations.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager and BOD if any.

*** Qualification:
- 3 -year experience in HR, prefer in service/ trading company
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
*** Salary and Benefit:
- 13th month salary

- Travel as per company policy
