As a Senior HR executive, you will work closely with HR managers to support HRM in overseeing all activities in the HR department. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Board of Directors and learn various aspects of the HR field at a management level.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
**Recruitment Operation: 65%**
- Leading recruitment tasks: building job descriptions, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, selecting and arranging interviews with hiring managers, and updating the entire cycle in Odoo (ERP system).
- Managing the full cycle for onboarding new hires (offer letters, collecting personal documents, coordinating with other departments for onboarding requirements).
- Key person for the orientation program to ensure all new hires receive a complete company information package and training framework as per company standards.
- Engaging with new hires and following up with the Head of Department regarding work plans during probation, conducting probation evaluations, and reporting to HRM for talent development purposes.
- Promoting the company branch name in the labor market: creating landing pages on recruitment platforms, designing recruitment postcards, networking with universities and organizations for recruiting events, and job fairs.
- Conducting salary research to support Compensation & Benefits in salary benchmarking.
- Assisting with training programs for employees and conducting exit interviews.
**Employee Engagement (30%)**
- Investing in employee relations to prevent conflicts and create a sharing network within the HR department.
- Leading all company events for employees: company trips, monthly birthday celebrations, and various holiday events.
- Coordinating with the Trade Union to support special employee events (sickness, condolence, weddings, childbirth, etc.).
**Expat (5%)**
- Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team overseas for onboarding expats (offer letters, contracts, etc.).
- Collaborating with other HR team members regarding visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor or master degree in human resources, business administration or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment (Experience in the construction, IT industry is an advantage).
• Solid knowledge about the recruiting process and labor market.
• Fluent in English language communication.
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
