Mô Tả Công Việc
- Check attendance, work as time admin to maintain and ensure correct record employees’ attendance
- Provide and check any adjustment or payment amount in line with company policy
- Check payroll from system to meet the timeline
- Update both for system formula and employees if any update from Vietnam Law (e.g. ask HRSSC to update formula and public information on notice board)
- Monthly checking with system and process with local authorities on monthly insurance report to make sure timely, accurate report and compliance with the law
- Process request payment from Social insurance when employees took sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
- Ensure timely closing Insurance book for employees when they are terminated
3. Appraisal and promotion
- Foresee employee and management’s need to get appropriate promotion to retain talents and keep stable manpower for toughing/ difficult time.
- Follow up annual performance review
4. Labor contract
- Ensure employees are signed contract timely and compliance with the law.
- Provide termination decision for terminated ones.
- Re-arrange and filing personnel files, HR document in the most convenient way to look for
- Objective: Recruit the best from the industry, provide learning environment and growth opportunities
- Do post job on recruitment network, screening CV, organize interview, select the suitable candidate
- Work with Headhunter to find suitable candidate
C. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Objective: Skill upgrading, language competency training, job re-design to accommodate multi-skills and inter-functional learning , drive and encourage group participation locally and interco knowledge sharing and learning. Improve verbal communication skills though language proficiency.
- Currently organizing English class and Chinese class
D. OUTSOURCING MANAGEMENT
- Manage Outsourcing employee to keep stable manpower for Production as much as possible.
- Maker sure timely payment to agency not to be late for monthly Outsourcing employee's payment."
E. YEARLY HEALTHN CHECK
- Seeking for vendor to conduct yearly health check for all employees, including checking occupational diseases for those who worked in hazardous area
F. VISA & WORK PERMIT
- Make sure visa and work permit for Vietnamese and foreigner go well and in time
G. HR REPORT
- Make sure exact and quick response to report in HR: Quarterly Labor report to Gorvernment,
- Weekly report for Covid-19, Monthly report for factory Operation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have experience in Recruitment, Employee Relation, Training.
- Degree/ Diploma holder
- Strong skillful in Compensation and Benefit area.
- Good command in English.
