Mô Tả Công Việc

In order to facilitate the expansion and restructuring plan of our organization, we are looking for additional talents to join our team. You are welcome to apply if you see your expertise and qualifications align with our requirements.

Report to: HR Director

Job Overview:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations of a school system, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Your role will be crucial in supporting our company's growth and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Set strategic objectives for the HR team of the school system under the guidance of HR Director
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Deputize for the HR Director when required

2. Policy Development and Implementation:
• Design and implement company-wide HR policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Continuously seek improvements to existing policies or propose adjustment if any

3. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of the school system and report to HRD
• Host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Deploy the recruitment strategy to the HR Account at the school

4. Compensation and Benefits:
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans for the school system, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive offerings
• Review and prepare departmental budgets related to compensation

5. Employee Relations and Development:
• Foster healthy employee relations
• Discuss career development paths with managers
• Address employees’ requests and grievances promptly

6. Metrics and Reporting:
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, cost-per-hire).
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Review and analyze departmental budgets

7. Operation:
• Lead and manage the HR Account of the school system, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in all areas of employee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, talent management, and change management.
• Manage HR System

And other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:
• University degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy or equivalences
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written

Experience: At least 3-year-experience at similar role

Skills:

Others:
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Experience in designing and administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications
