Senior HR Manager

• Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training

• Employee relations and daily HR operations

• Performance review management & disciplinary processes

• Ensure compliance with labor law, tax, and social insurance

• Manage payroll-related declarations and audits

• Develop HR policies, procedures, and training programs

[General Affairs & Office Administration]

• Office operations and administrative management

• Coordinate vendor contracts and company assets

• Company asset and office supply management

• Facility management (repairs, maintenance, building coordination)

• Office search, relocation, and space planning

[Government & Legal Coordination]

• Handling government administrative requirements

• Working with legal partners on disputes and compliance matters

- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Operations, including leadership of multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels with minimal oversight.
