Job Overview:
The HR Officer (C&B) will oversee HR general, Compensation & Benefit, Employment processes and procedures. The HR Officer will deliver high quality HR support to all school employees in accordance with Vietnamese legislation.
This position will work at EMASI Nam Long, District 7.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR General, Compensation and Benefits responsibilities;
• Manage professional communications and announcements aimed at keeping staffs informed of key updates;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records (electronic and hard copies) and handle filing in a professional and careful manner;
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review;
• Stay informed about HR trends and best practices and suggest improvements to enhance HR operations.
Compensation & Benefits
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave tracking.
• Ensure proper handling of staff benefits including insurance, social security, and other entitlements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies.
• Collaborate with the finance department on salary payments, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
• Manage the labour related reports to Vietnamese Government.
Employee Relations
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, complaints, and
conflict resolution.
• Address employee concerns in a timely, professional, and confidential
manner.
• Support investigations and disciplinary procedures as per HR guidelines.
• Conduct exit interviews and coordinate the resignation/offboarding process.
• Provide consultation and updates to management on employee relations trends, risks, and solutions.
• Promote a positive working environment that aligns with the school's culture and values.
HR Practices & Procedures
• Manage the onboarding process, including preparation of contracts, orientation schedules, and documentation for new hires.
• Ensure a smooth offboarding process, including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlement.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases (contracts, personal files, etc.), HR system,..
• Ensure all HR procedures (promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, etc.) follow internal policies and are properly documented.
• Support internal HR audits and prepare reports as needed.
• Support team members for general HR functions
• Coordinate to organize company events/activities (as assigned) which are under HR & Admin’s function.
And other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications:
Education:
• University degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy or equivalences
• Good English communication, both verbal and written
• Good at Microsoft computing skills

At least 3-year experience in HR role
