Senior HR Staff (Working In European Company)

Our client is an European manufacturing company looking for a position of HR Senior Staff as below:

• Set up and manage all HR processes and procedures.

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

• Provide on-site HR operation supports for the whole life cycle from on-boarding, insurance &benefit management, payroll, report, reward and recognition, discipline (Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations)… to exit process.

• Maintain compliance with current Labor Law, Authorities, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

• Support for manage all documents for set up new factory (legal, authority, visa, travelling…)

• Build and control yearly budget for administrative activities.

• Manage performance of canteen provider.

• Plan and facilitate all engagement activities such as company trip, team building.etc….

Experience / knowledge:

- Bachelor of English/ Human Resources/ Administration or related major

- At least 5 year working experiences

- Strong in C&B, policy, and ER.

Skills / abilities

- Positive, time management; good communication and ho-ren-so

- Good computer skills: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

- English: speaking, writing, listening, reading at good level

Working hour: Monday - Friday
