Report to: HRBP Lead
We are looking for a local HR Business Partner who has successfully aligned business-operation objectives with employees and managers. As an expert in human performance, the HRBP will consult human resources-related issues to management and build good relationship with employees.

Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Development:
- Lead the Talent Management programs by providing Head of Departments/ Managers with the expert consultant on execution, goal setting, coaching and feedback.
- Own the strategic analysis and development of staff development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted learning programs.
- Proactively monitor employee performance with Head of Departments or Managers, recommending development strategies and career progression opportunities (promotions, challenging assignments, KPI adjustments or PIPs when necessary)
- Partner with Head of Departments/ Managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and optimize talent development.
- Lead cross-functional HR efforts to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices to contribute to company-wide improvement objectives
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor and confidante, providing individual and team-based coaching on communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment, driving employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Build strong relationships with employees from diverse backgrounds, effectively addressing cultural differences and promoting inclusivity.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years working experience in HR in which at least 2 years at the role of HRBP, or talent management, or training and development or employee relation at multinational companies;
- Experience in Software Outsourcing/Games Development/Services industry
- Business knowledge and customer service mindset;
- Deep understanding of HR principles and practices, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Strong communication (both in English verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Good at time management and organization skills.
- Proactive and good team-work spirit.
- Patient and empathetic.
