Senior IE Engineer

Description CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $2B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam. We’re looking for Senior IE Engineers responsible to work closely with internal groups, and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership team(s) (Production, Import/Export, Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Technical Development). Use experiences, analysis skills, related tools to optimize production processes. Under her/his responsibility, this includes: • Analyze production line and bottleneck optimize. • Lead the project teams, assign tasks to team members and drive team members to complete assigned tasks • Identify, provide feasibility studies and implement design improvements to suit manufacturing processes, or for the introduction of new plant, equipment and tooling. • Develop new and existing manufacturing processes • Liaise with the Service personnel in relation to field problems, and reviewing the product/process with the aim of eliminating the manufacturing defects/problems. • Participate in Failure Mode Effects Analysis, FMEA • Define and document Process Flow Charts and Factory Layouts • Prepare tooling & equipment specifications and obtain quotations • Purchase, install and commission new tooling and equipment • Conduct production trials and pilot runs • Provide the necessary plant standard operating procedures and work instructions • Coordinate with production management department in training workers • Responsible for Manufacturing Capacity Management (CAMA) • To define and deploy Manufacturing Engineering Processes and standards and engineering specifications. • Lead setup and optimization efforts of factory, production flow, equipment. • Successful implementation of kaizen projects, and other continuous improvement tools. • Accountable for the Method of manufacture and compliance to design intent. • Assist in production problem solving. • And the related job assigned.

• Good communication in English and Vietnamese. • 6+ years of related experience and knowledge of IE/ Lean Manufacturing. • Management and leadership experiences is an advantage. • Knowledge about 7 Tools IE, 7 Tools QC, Kaizen, 7 Wastes in Lean, 6-Sigma, DMAIC, Line Balance, Bottle neck optimize, Data analysis skill. • CAD 2D is required, 3D is an advantage. • Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills, • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly. • Hands-on-style • Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or any related. Knowledge in plastic extrusion, plastic injection is a plus.
