Senior IE Engineer (Working in Hai Phong)

● Coordinate with production/QC/Log/Maintenance to plan optimal manpower

● Propose direct and indirect manpower recruitment scenarios based on Production Plan; monitor other KPIs related to manpower (HPU, Performance, OEE, routing,…)

● Based on existing routing data on SAP to find bottlenecks/areas to optimize line performance

● Study standard times, calculate capacity and number of personnel to ensure new production and process plans

● Continuously analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with other teams to improve productivity.

● Create/maintain/update standard times for items in SAP, including Process Sequence, Material Allocation, Tool Assignment, Maintain Material Scrap Rate, Standard Times using SAP Knowledge (Global Standard Time Database)

● Have university degree (priority given to technical majors); have at least 03 years of working experience in the production

● Have at least 2 years or more in industrial engineering activities, continuous improvement.

● Flexible and adaptable, ready to adapt to changes in work and always ready to take on new tasks
