RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Directly consult high-net-worth individuals on tailored Immigration by Investment Programs and Projects, including foreign real estate opportunities, ensuring personalized and professional service.
2. Collaborate with international partners and provide expert consultations to clients, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier guidance throughout the immigration process.
3. Work closely with the Internal Legal Department to guarantee a smooth and efficient application process, ensuring compliance with all legal and program requirements.
4. Independently and proactively build strong client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to expand the company's client base.
5. Partner with the Marketing team to refine customer outreach strategies, enhance service quality, and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
6. Create compelling content for social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase industry knowledge, professionalism, and personal branding, supported by the company’s Marketing team.
7. Demonstrate resilience under high-pressure situations, consistently meeting and exceeding company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through exceptional performance and dedication.
8. Proactively identify and build a pipeline of potential clients, utilizing networks and market intelligence to expand opportunities.
9. Foster partnerships with key players in related industries such as banking, real estate, and insurance to strengthen collaboration and broaden service offerings.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. At least 3 years of experience specifically in advising on investment migration programs (not other industries or migration categories).
3. Closed 6 – 8 Immigration by Investment contracts/year over the last 3 years in European residency-by-investment programs (real estate investment scheme is a plus), EB-5, or Caribbean investment programs.
4. Demonstrated professional and effective communication skills across all platforms, including phone, messaging, email, and face-to-face interactions.
5. Strong negotiation and problem-resolution skills. Fluency in Vietnamese is required, and proficiency in English is an advantage.
6. Regularly produce and post personal videos on social media platforms (3 videos per week), contributing to personal branding and increasing influence on digital platforms.
7. Basic video editing and production skills. Ability to create engaging immigration-related content to attract clients, with guidance and support from the company’s team.
8. Candidates must have the ability to learn quickly, work systematically, and adapt to the constant updates in investment migration programs. A deep understanding of the field helps build client trust and credibility.
9. Presentable and professional demeanor to leave a strong impression on clients.
10. Energetic and effective team player, capable of collaborating with colleagues and other departments to maximize company resources and ensure alignment in client contract execution.
11. Actively and independently seek potential clients, demonstrating eagerness to learn and maintain consistent client engagement.
12. Ability to handle high-pressure work environments, consistently meet performance expectations, and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
13. Self-motivated and respectful of company rules, regulations, and ethical standards.
14. Prioritize long-term client satisfaction by aligning strategies and actions with sustainable growth objectives.

WORK REGIME
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
2. Office Locations:
• Ho Chi Minh City: Floor 16, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.
• Hanoi: 17-01 Prime Centre, 53 Quang Trung Street, Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District.
