Senior Import Coordinator

- Collaborate effectively with agents, customers, carriers, and suppliers to efficiently manage, provide updates, and promptly notify all relevant parties regarding the status of import shipments.

- Collaborate with other team members and relevant departments to resolve any emerging issues, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted delivery of shipments, if applicable.

- Regularly visit and maintain contact with customers and partners to build strong relationships, retain existing business, and explore new opportunities.

- Provide information about costs and services associated with imported shipments for both agents and customers, if necessary.

** 3-5 years of experience in import operations at a freight forwarding company.

** Excellent communication skills in English, with a preference for fluency in Chinese.

** University degree. Or college degree majoring in logistics.
