Senior Import-Export Staff (Urgent)

(1) BROAD SCOPE:
- Coordinating and arranging export shipments according to committed customer and job requirements.
- Supporting the colleagues in solve all issued jobs from operation.

(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving Production Plan from SEV, SDV, SEVT, SDIV and send to 3PLs to make exported plan.
- In charge of handling cargo via FWDR..
- Checking space of airlines base on 3PLs Export Planning for arranging SEV, SDV, SEVT cargo daily.
- Receiving SEV, SDV, SEVT D/O list from Production Planning team and send to 3PLs.
- Responsible for checking SR combine request from forwarder and sending to SEV, SDV, SEVT.
- Make sure to combine maximize D/O for SR combine.
- Sending Customs Clearance request to ALSB.
- Requesting Inland Trucking from SEV to ALSB and ALSB to Noi Bai Airport.
- Following D/O list status to make sure all D/O will be ship out on time
- Contact 3PLs and related partner to handling cargo of Customer without mistake.
- Responsible for receiving B/L from 3PLs. Check B/L details and send to SEV, SDV, SEVT side.
- Daily generating AR/AP for settlement.
- Co-operative with colleagues to handle SEV, SDV, SEVT, SDIV cargo as well.
- Following requirement of Duties from Manager for finishing daily jobs.
