Senior Interior Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, detail-oriented professional. You will lead high-end interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring outstanding quality, design integrity, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for luxury interior projects, from initial concept through to final execution.

• Develop and present creative design proposals that meet client expectations and brand standards.

• Manage all phases of the design process including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and technical documents.

• Supervise site installations and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technology in luxury interior design.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in luxury or high-end projects.

• Vietnamese and English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Proven portfolio showcasing a variety of upscale residential and/or commercial interiors.

• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max or equivalent).

• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic studio environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience working with luxury interior/architecture projects.
