- With rich working experience in the design industry, able to observe, communicate, understand and catch the request of projects and clients and to delivery the work correctly and effetively.
- Experienced and knowledgable with the whole design process, including Concept design, development design, construction drawing and design document works.
- Able to organize and carry out with concept design and related mood board, sample board preparation works, be able to carry out a design presentation effectively.
- Working with the company Marketing & Construction team, get involved in business development and project management when it is necessary.
- Willing to grow together with the company in both career development and personal professional knowledge and skills.
* WORKING LOCATION:
- Ho Chi Minh: Unit C-00.11 Sarina, Sala Town, 62 Hoang The Thien, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
- Binh Duong Province: Binh Duong New City.
- In case the candidates are living in Ho Chi Minh, during the working period in Binh Duong, the company will support to rent a dormitory there.

- Degree/bachelor’s in architecture or interior design.
- 5 years experience minimum.
- Good communication skills. Good foreign language skills is preffered.
- Ability to manipulate directly on specialized design softwares such as: 3D Max, Sketchup, AutoCAD; make a plan, perspective.
- Team-working, responsible, able to work cross cultural.
- Traceble project experience and design portfolio.
- Well organized and able to work under pressure and multi-task at the same time.
- Resume in English + portfolio.
