*The Senior Interior Designer will work under the direction of the Chief Interior Designer.
He/she will play a role as a Project Leader/Team Leader in leading and running assigned projects from concept to completion, managing entire project design teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
• Perform duties assigned by the Chief Interior Designer and B.O.D members
• Lead/coordinate with members in the team to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects
• Lead a Project Design Team and overall management of the team (as a Project Leader-Team Leader)
• Manage and run/operate of the assigned projects from strategic/conceptual design through to detailed documentation and completion.
• Manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
• Manage personnel requirements, supervise the project team members to follow the design schedule and provide good design quality as required
• Nurture and train Junior Interior Designers and Interior Designers to do their best work and grow in their career.
• Review project documents/drawings for quality assurance
• Produce/perform drawings and design documents of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed.
• Liaise and deal with the owners/clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, authorities and other consultants to ensure the design intent is realized and meet overall project objectives.
• Attend internal meetings and client presentations/meetings
• Coordinate with other project design teams and between different departments/ divisions of the company to get a project/assigned work done
• Other duties/jobs assigned or requested by the superiors and the board of directors.

He/she supports to the Chief Interior Designer and Senior Interior Designers in running assigned projects from concept to completion
Responsibilities/Tasks
 Perform duties assigned by the Chief Interior Designer and Senior Interior Designers
 Coordinate with members in the team to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects
 Produce/perform drawings and design documents/ technical tasks of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed.
 Nurture and train Junior Interior Designers to do their best work and grow in their career.
 Assist in selecting furniture, materials, décor and finishes
 Assist in preparing finish binders, material boards and study models as required.
 Attend internal meetings and client presentations/meetings
 Coordinate with other project design teams and between different departments/ divisions of the company to get a project/assigned work done
 Other duties/jobs assigned or requested by the superiors and the board of directors.
